Revenue Cycle (RCM) Operations Analysts – Epic Implementation Support
Location: Midwest
Travel: Initial onsite travel (~2–3 days) for the first few weeks
Overview
Resourcing HQ is looking to hire experienced Revenue Cycle Operations Analysts to support workflow design and operational readiness for Epic conversion projects.
Experience with front, mid or back-end revenue cycle operations in an Epic environment is highly desired.
Start is ASAP.

Centralized Business Office (CBO/SBO) workflows
Key Responsibilities
Work directly with operational end users to assess and document current workflows
Help define future-state revenue cycle processes in an Epic Foundation environment
Translate operational needs into clear requirements for Epic analysts
Identify workflow gaps and provide operational improvement recommendations
Support implementation readiness and operational alignment leading up to go-live
Required Qualifications
Prior experience working in an Epic Foundation environment as an operational end user
Strong knowledge of revenue cycle operations (Front, Middle, or Back Office)
Experience in centralized or Shared Business Office (SBO/CBO) environments preferred
Strong workflow documentation and process improvement skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with clinical and operational teams
