Director of Operations & Consultant Care

Position Summary

The Director of Operations & Consultant Care is responsible for overseeing the operational execution and consultant lifecycle within a fast-paced Healthcare IT staffing firm. This role ensures seamless coordination across recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and consultant engagement while maintaining a high-quality experience for both clients and consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operational workflows across recruiting, onboarding, and consultant management
• Manage offer letters, onboarding compliance, and start coordination
• Serve as primary contact for consultants and manage ongoing relationships
• Resolve consultant issues and ensure high satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with recruiting and sales teams for delivery success
• Support recruiting efforts for high-priority roles as needed

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in Healthcare IT staffing or consulting
• Experience with EMR/Epic, ERP, or healthcare IT roles preferred
• Strong operational, communication, and problem-solving skills
