Workday Supply Chain Lead / Project Manager (Healthcare)
The Workday Supply Chain Lead / PM serves as the primary liaison between the healthcare organization and the Workday implementation partner during the Workday Supply Chain implementation. This role ensures project alignment with operational goals, supports configuration validation, and helps keep the implementation on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary Supply Chain liaison between the organization and the Workday implementation partner
Help keep the project on track by monitoring milestones, deliverables, and issue resolution
Review and validate item master build and data mapping, ensuring items are aligned to correct categories, accounts, and supply chain codes
Provide operational guidance and decision support during design, build, and testing phases
Support data governance and item standardization efforts
Assist with testing coordination and validation of Supply Chain workflows
Mentor internal supply chain stakeholders and project team members on Workday Supply Chain processes and best practices
Help ensure organizational readiness and adoption
Qualifications
Experience with Workday Supply Chain implementations
Strong background in healthcare supply chain operations
Experience serving as a functional lead, project manager, or implementation liaison
Knowledge of item master governance, procurement, and inventory workflows
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
