RCM Operations Leader 

Location: Midwest
Travel: Initial travel will be 2–3 days onsite per week for the first few weeks

Overview:
Resourcing HQ is looking to hire an experience Healthcare IT Revenue Cycle Leader to help with a Meditech to Epic conversion. In this role, you will oversee the communication between operations and IT.

Experience in front, back and mid office Revenue Cycle operations is preferred.

Start is ASAP.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead revenue cycle operations during Epic transition

  • Oversee Front, Middle, and Back Office operational analysts

  • Direct centralized patient access and revenue cycle workflows

  • Interface with executive leadership, RCM leadership, and CFO

  • Work directly with operational end users to define future-state workflows

  • Translate business requirements into clear guidance for Epic analysts

  • Help develop operational workflow blueprints and process standards

Requirements:

  • Experience working in an Epic Foundation environment (operational role)

  • Background in centralized/SBO revenue cycle operations

  • Strong workflow design, documentation, and leadership skills
